We want you to be happy with AudaBook. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund and how refunds are processed. Payments and refunds for AudaBook are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a new AudaBook subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. We will refund your first payment, no complicated conditions.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@audabook.com with the email address used for your purchase and your order or invoice number. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all AudaBook purchases, you may also request a refund directly through Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
Subscription Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancelling stops future charges.
- After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
- Renewal payments (after the initial 30-day window) are generally non-refundable for time already elapsed. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days and we will review it in good faith.
Annual Plans
Annual plans are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you can cancel to prevent the next annual renewal.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service (for example, repeated refunds across multiple accounts).
How Long Refunds Take
Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
